1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and yaman777 ("yaman777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the yaman777 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or any other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of yaman777 services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all yaman777 accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) yaman777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. yaman777 uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yaman777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yaman777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. yaman777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify yaman777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, UMID, or SSS ID)

• Proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement, or card image)
• Source of funds declaration where required by anti-money laundering regulations

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

yaman777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and selected over-the-counter cash-in channels including 7-Eleven and Bayad Center. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your yaman777 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. yaman777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PNB are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• yaman777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any fraud, AML, or responsible gaming investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

yaman777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be met. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.

yaman777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the yaman777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yaman777 staff or other players
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yaman777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

yaman777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yaman777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. yaman777 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.

12. Termination

yaman777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• yaman777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive
• yaman777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Upon termination for breach, yaman777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any winnings pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may close your yaman777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to yaman777.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and yaman777, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent yaman777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Amendments to These Terms

yaman777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, yaman777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
